Unable to connect

New here and unable to connect. We have tried 7 different clients and 4 different servers. I'm sure we are missing something. We were told by one app that the folders are dead and unretreivable. Not sure or how to check that, but we would live to open some folders on here please. We are on Androud device, using power ftp at the moment but have and can use other clients, our internet is strong and our server shows connected and open? Any ideas ? Thank you for your time helping us

is there any error message that could help to identify the origin of this issue?
What kind to server(version) you tried to connect with the app?
