FTP Server not work to me

Hello,
I use PowerFTP Pro v1.8.9
I tried to start FTP server on my device with hotspot enabled. I get: "Error getting local inet address" when I click Save in FTP server settings.
When I press start I get "Oops something went wrong".
Is there log information?
I tried on another device and it's the same problem
The old application that I used for FTP Server (WiFi Pro FTP Server ) still works, but I would have liked to use PowerFTP because the FTP Server and Synchronization are also integrated in the same app
I'm trying to connect a Canon Dslr to the FTP server and then automatically sync to a folder on FTP (from local to remote)
